1. Booking process
Booking a tour is done in several steps:
- Choose a tour β through the website or by phone/messenger
- Confirm details β date, time, number of people, special requests
- Guide confirmation β availability check for your chosen date
- Deposit β 30% of the total price to secure the booking
- Receive confirmation β detailed plan with time and meeting point
2. Payment methods
π³ Bank card
Pay in RUB through a secure payment gateway. Receipt sent immediately.
π± Bank transfer (Russia)
To a Sberbank/Tinkoff card. Details provided after confirmation.
π΅ Cash in China
In yuan (CNY) or US dollars (USD) on the day of the tour. Exchange rate agreed in advance.
π PayPal/WeChat Pay
For foreign tourists. 5% commission included in the price.
3. Cancellation and changes

Important: If the tour is cancelled due to the guideβs fault (illness, force majeure), the full deposit is refunded.
4. Changing a booking
- Free changes: Date/time can be changed free of charge if notified 48+ hours in advance
- Group size changes: Adding participants β by agreement, reducing β price adjustment
- Itinerary changes: Possible in agreement with the guide on site
5. What is included in the price
β INCLUDED:
- Russian-speaking guide services
- Custom itinerary planning
- Consultations before and during the trip
- Translation and communication assistance
- Round-trip transfer from hotel (within Shanghai)
β NOT INCLUDED:
- Entrance tickets to museums, parks
- Food and drinks
- Personal expenses and shopping
- Medical insurance
- Intercity transport (unless specified)
6. Responsibilities of the parties
Clientβs responsibilities:
- Timely payment according to the terms
- Arriving at the meeting point on time
- Complying with local laws and rules
- Respectful attitude towards the guide and locals
- Informing about any health restrictions
Guideβs responsibilities:
- Arriving at the meeting point on time
- Conducting the tour according to the programme
- Providing interesting and accurate information
- Ensuring the groupβs safety
- Assisting in emergency situations
7. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances:
- Natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes)
- Political unrest, strikes
- Epidemics, quarantine measures
- Border closures or flight cancellations
- Technical failures of transport systems
In such cases, the deposit is fully refunded or transferred to another date.
