Longtan Waterfall (鸬鸟龙潭瀑布) is one of the most scenic spots near Hangzhou. Hidden deep in bamboo forests, it consists of three main cascades forming natural pools with crystal clear water. This is the perfect place to escape city bustle, breathe fresh air, and enjoy pristine nature.
In one day, we will take a high-speed train to Hangzhou, then a comfortable car to Luniao village. From there, a walking route along the mountain stream begins (about 40 minutes each way). You will see all three levels of the waterfall, swim during warm weather, have a picnic, and take stunning photos against the backdrop of the bamboo forest.
