📜 History of the park
The park was opened in 2003 as part of an ecological project to protect the water intake area of the Huangpu River. Its name is associated with the Taoist immortal Han Xiangzi. The bridges were brought from different provinces where they were being destroyed by modernization. Here they got a second life.
