Maoshan Forest World (茅山森林世界) is a huge adventure park at the foot of the sacred Mount Maoshan in Jiangsu Province. The unique combination of forest rafting, a petting zoo and extreme attractions makes this place ideal for family holidays and active adventures.

- Meeting and transfer — the guide will meet you in the centre of Shanghai (at Xinzhuang metro station), and we will drive to Maoshan Forest World in a comfortable car (travel time ~2.5-3.5 hours).
- Forest rafting — an exhilarating forest rafting ride of 1008 metres with a 45-metre drop. 5 cliff drops, adrenaline and coolness in the shade of the trees.
- Petting zoo — meet capybaras, alpacas, deer and other friendly animals. Feeding and interacting with the animals is allowed (food included).
- Extreme park — a glass slide, skywalk, rope park and many other attractions for thrill-seekers.
- Walk along forest trails — scenic routes through the forest, past lakes and viewpoints with views of the sacred Mount Maoshan.
- Lunch at a forest restaurant — try local cuisine in a cosy restaurant on the park grounds.
- Free time — over an hour for independent walks, photo sessions and relaxation in nature.

💡 Important notes about the route:
- Bring comfortable clothes and shoes: you will be walking and moving around a lot.
- For rafting: bring a change of clothes and a towel — you may get wet. There are lockers on site.
- On a sunny day, take sunscreen and a hat: there are many open areas in the park.
- Additional expenses: entrance ticket to the park (~150¥), attractions are paid separately.
