- Meeting and departure (06:00) — meeting at Xinzhuang metro station, 4‑4.5 hours drive (420 km) to Changshan County. Short breakfast stop at a roadside cafe.

- 'Bamboo Tunnel' trek (10:45–12:00) — climb stone steps through dense bamboo thickets, mini‑waterfalls.
