Extreme rafting in Xiaohuangshan Canyon (小黄山大峡谷漂流) is one of the most exciting routes in Eastern China. The canyon is located in the scenic Xinchang County (Zhejiang Province), just 3–3.5 hours from Shanghai. The 3.5 km route has an elevation drop of up to 190 meters, with numerous steep descents and water slides. The rafting is suitable for prepared travelers and adrenaline lovers.

What to expect
- Pickup and transfer — we will pick you up from Xinzhuang metro station in Shanghai and head to scenic Xinchang County (新昌) in a comfortable car.
- Rafting in Xiaohuangshan Canyon — 3.5 km route on a mountain river with an elevation drop of up to 190 meters. Expect water slides, sharp turns, and splashes.
- Safety — before the start, you will receive a life jacket and helmet, plus a safety briefing.
- For prepared travelers — medium to high difficulty route, suitable for active travelers in good physical shape.
- Hot shower and changing rooms — after the rafting, you can change and warm up under a hot shower (free).

💡 Important notes for the route:
- Be sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel: you will be wet after the rafting. There are showers and changing rooms at the base.
- Waterproof phone case: to take photos and videos on the route.
- Sunscreen and a hat: on a sunny day near the water, you can get sunburned.
- Additional expenses: entrance ticket for rafting (~200¥ on site), lunch (~80-100¥), photos/videos (~50-100¥).
