How long does the Xinchang tour take?
The tour is designed for 4–5 hours. Departure from central Shanghai, walk around the town, lunch and return.
Is there an entrance fee?
Entry to the ancient town is free. Only additional services are paid: boat ride (about 80¥), tea ceremony (about 30¥), meals.
How to get to Xinchang?
We offer two options: by public transport (metro + taxi) for a full immersion in local atmosphere, or by comfortable car with driver from your hotel.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, camera, cash (small denominations), water, hat in sunny weather.
